Who is responsible

OralAdvance Labs d.o.o., Zadarska ulica 1, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia, operates the DIA waitlist and is responsible for its personal-data processing. Contact courses@implantsacademy.com for privacy questions or requests.

What we collect

The waitlist collects your name, email address, country of practice, implant experience and optional WhatsApp number. We also store the submission date, the version of the consent statement, enquiry status, email delivery status, and campaign/source labels from the link you used, where present.

Do not submit patient information or professional identity documents through this form. If documents are later required for clinical participation, a separate process will be provided.

Why we use it

With your consent, we use your details to answer your enquiry and contact you about the Brazil programme. Your optional WhatsApp number can be used for that enquiry. Your waitlist request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing or start a paid membership.

We process limited technical information to secure the website and prevent abuse. The application uses hashed, time-limited request identifiers for rate limiting rather than storing your raw IP address in the waitlist database. Infrastructure providers may process network information to deliver and secure the service.

Service providers and access

Cloudflare hosts the website and the separate DIA database. Email providers process confirmations and enquiry notifications. Authorized DIA staff receive enquiry details and may access them through a protected dashboard. We do not sell waitlist data or publish it in a clinic directory.

Service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under their applicable data-protection arrangements. The database was provisioned in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe location.

Retention

Waitlist records are deleted after 24 months without an update, unless a separate relationship or legal obligation requires a different record under its own notice. You can ask to leave the waitlist sooner. Security rate-limit records expire within an hour; dashboard sessions expire after 12 hours. Expired application records are removed by a scheduled cleanup process.

Your choices and rights

You may withdraw consent, request access or correction, request deletion, or exercise other applicable data rights by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may complain to your local data-protection authority; in Croatia, this is AZOP.

Cookies

The public waitlist does not set advertising cookies. The private dashboard sets a necessary, secure session cookie after sign-in. Google Fonts is used to load the website typography, which involves a connection to Google's font servers. See our Cookies and technical services notice.
